MiracleMind: Ready to Meet its Customers
Companies succeed by getting lots of customers, getting to know them, giving them
what they want, and serving them well. MiracleMind is ready to take our next step.
Last fall, we surveyed our 14 target markets, each of which has over 10 million
customers. This summer, we will reach out to these markets and get people -
10,000 or more - excited about MiracleMind.
From Surveys to Social Networks
MiracleMind will take advantage of Web 2.0’s latest invention - social networking -
to get the word out. We’re developing a video to be posted on YouTube and shared
around the world that will introduce the MiracleMind concept. The videos will be
linked to the next version of the MiracleMind survey. We’ll also tap into several of the
more than 100 major social networks on the web. This new strategy, called viral
marketing, gets a buzz going at almost no cost at all.
Research, Research, Research
You can never know too much about your customers. MiracleMind’s first survey
confirmed the definition of our 14 target markets. Our second survey will drill down
into each of these markets:
- What courses matter most in each market?
- What features of the MiracleMind service are most important?
- Where do we find customers in each of these markets:
- What web sites do they go to?
- What newspapers and magazines do they read?
- What are their favorite products and services?
- What gets them excited?
MiracleMind: A Home for Unbiased Wisdom
We’ve already learned that our customers are seeking authoritative, effective
knowledge they can rely on; knowledge that covers all relevant viewpoints, and
delivered through a structured multi-media format. The Internet is full of
information, but much of it is biased, incomplete, or incorrect.
MiracleMind will help its subscribers get the information they need to solve their
problems and improve their lives. Customers will keep coming back to learn more.
Our research shows that an environment of trust and safety is essential for
transformational learning. Being a trustworthy place for wisdom moves MiracleMind
beyond a corporation and into a relevant community.
Viral marketing creates a rapid growth spiral. Customers join, share the concept, and
earn referral income when they bring in more customers. Learning what they need to
improve their lives, they become change agents, creating an evolving e-learning
community with explosive growth.
