Spring 2008 Investor Newsletter

Current Faculty and K12

A list of current engagements with 40 Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), working on a wide variety of courses for MiracleMind, is available upon request. This includes credentials, websites and a brief description of their work. For purposes of confidentiality, during concept development, their names are not published here. A partial list appears below, representing those who have submitted Letters of Intent and Course Abstracts. Many have already submitted course materials. Our mutual plans cover about 60 courses and over 250 hours of instruction. We expect another 20 engagements by July, 2008. Many of these individuals have a professional website that describes their work in great detail. All instructors are credentialed experts with decades of experience. Most have either a PhD or a Masters Degree. (For more information please contact MiracleMind).

The majority of our SMEs specialize either in Business/Tech Skills or Wellness/Personal Growth, supporting our initial launch plan (and also the categories of highest interest in our recent online survey).

The pie chart on this page clearly illustrates the fiscal relationship with our SMEs. 24% of MiracleMind subscription revenue ($4.50/mo.) is shared with instructors. With 100,000 subscribers that adds up to $450,000 each month–enough for hundreds of highly qualified author/experts. The next question then involves marketing, and 40% is set aside for sales agents and affiliates.

K-12 Update

We continue to engage visionary leaders in the grade school/high school category, with a plan to build a strong brand identity for the home-school and tutoring marketplace. We’ll have more on this in the next issue.

Our Chief Knowledge Officer

Sid Kemp has stepped up to the position of Chief Knowledge Officer at MiracleMind. Sid’s background as a published author, certified Project Manager and Quality Management expert includes 15 years working directly with teams at large corporations, non-profits and government agencies.
