Key members of our management team have been working together for several years. Our experience provides a solid foundation for MiracleMind's comprehensive business model. Joseph Mackey — Chairman & Chief Executive Officer

Over the past 30 years, Mr. Mackey has acquired a broad range of practical business skills in the areas of sales, marketing, management, operations, research, technology, media buying, finance and contract procurement. During the most recent twelve years, Joe worked with and led management teams that built and launched an ad-driven web-based email service (20,000 users) and a nationwide dial-up ISP. Joe's current disciplines include advertising, web development, connectivity, hosting, IP telephony, online affiliate marketing. During his career, he negotiated directly with over 40 Internet and telecom firms including IBM, Computer Associates, CMGI, 24/7 Media, AT&T, Qwest and many smaller vendors. Joe has worked closely with corporate management, from small family-run businesses to large organizations including Mack Trucks, Mutual of Omaha and Craftmatic Beds. He spent eight years in corporate insurance/employee benefits, managing both field sales and customer service database systems handling thousands of accounts. Mr. Mackey's education is diverse, ranging from engineering at City University of New York to psychology and public health, technology, marketing and communications. His keen interest in education reform is centered around the need to provide a balanced holistic approach to life and learning, addressing mental, emotional, physical and spiritual well-being. He is a health enthusiast, vegan and high energy team leader. Joe served in the U.S. Army Reserve for six years. Inspirations: "The Turning Point" by Fritjof Capra and "A New Earth" by Eckart Tolle.

Scott Ingram — President & Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Ingram has over two decades of experience in business, beginning his career at Goldman Sachs and Deutsche Bank, two of the largest and most prominent financial services firms in the world. As an investment banker in Deutsche Bank's European Technology and Investment Banking Group in London, Mr. Ingram contributed to a watershed M&A transaction valued at €1.69 billion, advising leading investment firm Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. on its acquisition of seven business units from electronics and industrials giant Siemens AG. As Vice President of enterprise software development at Goldman Sachs in New York, Mr. Ingram built, deployed and maintained a large-scale, distributed Enterprise Resource Management (ERM) system to manage over $1 billion in Enterprise Technology assets and expenses throughout the company's worldwide campus. He also played a pioneering role in the creation of a high-performance, redundant, enterprise-scale data-mining warehouse to add transparency in financial reporting and improved decision-making capability. Mr. Ingram holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, New York and an M.B.A. in Finance & Marketing from NYU Leonard N. Stern School of Business.

Walter Sargent — Chief Information Officer

Mr. Sargent has 30 years of experience with interdisciplinary technology innovation. His software development experience ranges from award-winning retail desktop applications to commercial web server application development. He has been a hands-on developer who has worked on small teams in very competitive markets. Beginning with Helix Software, Mr. Sargent was one of a 7-man team that competed successfully (in terms of sales and reviews) against Symantec. This resulted in their acquisition by Network Associates in 1998. The Helix team was responsible for $60 million in gross revenue the first year and became the McAfee Retail Software Division. He subsequently held technical lead positions at two other "dot com" startups, CosmoCom (telecommunications) and Ruby Digital (finance). As a result, Mr. Sargent is specialist in Microsoft platform technologies, and also web-standard, cross-platform technologies and user-interface design. He is also gifted in graphic arts. As an independent web designer, Walter has successfully operated a web design, development and consulting business since 2002.

Mr. Sargent holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, with graduate study in software enginering and control systems from Polytech Institute.

Mary Ellen Forster — Director of Marketing

Ms. Forster’s career includes 12 years of experience at IBM during which time she was frequently recruited for her ability to quickly identify requirements and plan the implementation of new initiatives. Her responsibilities extended to a wide range of business functions including marketing and communications, consulting services, business operations, and sales education. In her role as Business Operations Manager for a $26m custom consulting and development organization within Lotus Software, she staffed and managed a team responsible for development of tools, processes and procedures to support all operational aspects of this business. As Worldwide Communications Manager for the Lotus Software Services organization she was responsible for implementing marketing, communications and sales education strategies that were subsequently adopted by peer organizations for having significantly increased customer references and raised the visibility of the organization in key sales and marketing activities.

Ms. Forster holds a B.S. in Management from Bentley University in Waltham, Massachusetts and an M.B.A. from Simmons College School of Management in Boston, Massachusetts.

Glenn Davidson — Chief Technology Officer

In a career spanning over 27 years, Mr. Davidson specialized in large-scale, full-lifecycle software development projects. Acting as both chief architect and project manager, he has a long history of delivering large complex systems on time and on budget. He studied software engineering and established industry standards and procedures for both large and small firms. He has extensive experience with startup software companies, having spent fifteen years with American Data Services. From the very beginning, he managed all technical aspects for the company. For example, he designed and implemented domestic and international mutual fund and shareholder accounting systems that were ultimately used by over 45 fund groups and used internally as a service bureau. While at TIAA-CREF, he was the project manager and lead architect of the Java-based trading system reengineering. In this role, he was able to put industry standard software development lifecycle processes and procedures in place that dramatically improved project deliverables. While at the Bank of New York, he was again the project manager and chief architect in the reengineering of a performance analytics system using .NET, and worked closely with the corporate SDLC department to implement software processes and procedures. As an architect, he delivered multiple systems based on a multi-tiered Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) paradigm. As a project manager, he follows the Project Management Institute (PMI) model. Mr. Davidson did his undergraduate work at SUNY Stony Brook in Computer Science and Mathematics and holds a Master's Certificate in Project Management from Villanova University.

Robert Callahan, PhD — Vice President of Communications

Robert E. Callahan is a tenured Associate Professor of Management at Albers' School of Business, Seattle University, where he teaches courses in business management and business communications. He serves as advisor to Seattle University's Toastmasters Club. In addition, Prof. Callahan is President of a consulting company that develops on-line training programs and coaching of individuals in business communications and presentations. He conducts workshops on how to make presentations more effective. The Society of Actuaries has an ongoing relationship in which Prof. Callahan acts as a presentation coach in all of their national meetings for their presenters. He also works with the accounting profession in continuing education programs. Prof. Callahan earned a B.S. in Commerce & Engineering from Drexel University, an M.B.A. from Drexel University, and a Ph.D. degree from Case Western Reserve University. In addition to Seattle University, he has taught at the University of Washington. Prof. Callahan's teaching, research, and consulting interests have focused on issues of professional presentations, managing start-up companies, human relations, organizational behavior, and business communications. Prof. Callahan has authored three college textbooks and one trade book. He has contributed cases and chapters to other publications. His research has been published in Journal of Management Issues, The Academy of Management Executive, Business Journal, Sloan Management Review, and Human Resource Management. He has consulted with an impressive list of clients including Starbucks, Costco, Nordstrom, AT&T, Pfizer and Boeing.

Dr. Gene Haugen, Ed.D. — Strategic Planning; Systems Integration; SME Liaison

Dr. Gene Haugen has been a technology and business systems management professional for over 40 years. He has been a software engineer and project manager and as well has led enterprise-wide technology management and organizational change teams for U S WEST (now QWEST) and The Boeing Company. For U S WEST he was the enterprise-wide Director of New Technology Introduction. He was the Senior Management Consultant to The Boeing Company for worldwide deployment of Mobile Computing Technologies in support of Knowledge Workers and Factory Workers. His understanding of people, process and structure facilitates his success as a change agent, manager and leader. For over 8 years, he has taught Bachelor's, Master's and Doctorate level courses — in the classroom and online, focusing on technology management, strategic planning and organizational change. He is the owner of Plan It Management Consulting Services, a company focused on strategic planning and organizational change. He has deployed a website in support of the knowledge-transfer/learning relationship between small business counselors and small business owners. He has led and conducted multiple organizational audits/assessments focused on organizational development. Dr. Haugen's education credentials are: Ed D - Educational Leadership, Seattle University; MS - Information Systems Management, Seattle Pacific University; BA - Mathematics, Bemidji State University. His research has focused on Business Management and Fast Teams — successful and effective teams that complete their tasks faster than other successful and effective teams.
